"Breakfast is amazing! Staff was great. Andre at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations and booking dinner reservations. We were a family of 8 with 3 rooms. The hotel is in a great location to shops, dining and transportation. Highly recommend staying here. "

"This is a beautiful hotel very close to the train station. Beautiful old marble, wood and iron in the grand entry. They really made the atrium and breakfast area into something special. There are beautiful wood parquet floors in the rooms. Plenty of towels, robes, slippers provided. Wonderful tea/coffee service set up in the rooms. Amazing breakfast, worth the money. Old but well kept. "

"Our stay was fantastic! The parking process was easy, they had reserved spots for check-in right outside the front doors. Once checked in, they had a valet come get our car and park it for a fee, definitely worth it! The hotel is older, but modernized and very clean. Fantastic location! A few minute walk from the harbour and lots to see on the street it is located. Lots of restaurants nearby!"

"Avevo prenotato tempo fa una camera doppia superior e ora, confrontando la camera che mi è stata assegnata durante il soggiorno, sembra più una economy /basic con un bagno piccolissimo, non troppo pulito e parecchio trascurato. Anche nella stanza c'era dello sporco negli angoli. Avevo prenotato anche la colazione ma non avevo nessuna mail di conferma dove c'era scritto e in reception mi hanno detto che dal sito Expedia non si capisce se la colazione è inclusa. "Our room (Room #1) was spacious enough for 2 people for our 1-night stay. We had problems with the heating system working properly. I reported it to the man at reception because it was freezing in our room - he came in, it took him a few minutes to get it to work, then he left, and then it got too hot and we had problems getting it to cool off.
