"We stayed in the Junior Suite Oceanfront, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. The balcony chairs and cushions were very dirty, the coffee machine didn't work, and the refrigerator never got cold enough to keep drinks chilled. "First time being here we did enjoy it but there were a couple of discrepancies. The first thing we noticed was the carpet is outdated then there some small stains on the mirror it appeared to be worn out kind of stains, then there was the water in the tub that had a yellow tinge in color, and then the ac in the room didn’t fully reach into the bedroom it was really cold in dining room and kitchen but not as cold in the bedroom, also the thermostat was a turn dial. Overall a 3 star room itself....

"The room had an air conditioning problem so they moved me to another property. The room was in upgrade but the place was missing a swimming pool which was something I really like. The room was clean but the dishes and pots and pans were very dirty as was the freezer. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was in the bedroom and you had to have it on maximum in order some of the cold would get out into the living room and the kitchen. They really need to invest in a fan in that place. The...

"Very nice place. Great for families, very clean and a lot to do with kids. The activities center is amazing the ladies there are so nice. We will be back for sure."

"The room was wonderful! The only thing that needs improvement is fixing the microwave or giving instructions on how to use the microwave! And second would be giving instructions on how to bring up the temperature and lower the temperature of the AC cause it was very confusing "
