"This is a really excellent hotel. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff - without exception - were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly , professional and helpful. The rooms are very modern and well appointed, perhaps a little on the small side but absolutely fine for a short stay. The bar and pool area are great, it was a real bonus having the pool there. I think the photos on Expedia make the hotel look a little cold and office-like but in reality it is a pleasant and...

"The check in was awful. It was so difficult to get in touch with anyone to help me with check in. It was AI experiment gone wrong! Location was on the outside of town. I do not recommend this property!! "

"The breakfast was good but I wish they will serve some variety of food daily. The 3 days we stayed, it’s all the same food that we had every single day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The one thing I really like about this place is the location. It is very close to the arts and science center, within walking distance. The best part is, there’s a huge mall across the hotel and so many places to eat and shop."

"The hotel is “ok”. The location is very good and accessible. For some reason the hotel just stank, it smelled like bathroom. In our room it smelled liked poop and in the hallways. I dont know if they have an issue with the bathrooms but it just smelled bad. The air conditioning was working well ans we notified and they said they couldn’t do anything. It was very hot we were sweating sleeping. Also the room doesn’t have much lighting its a very dark soom. Breakfast was mid."

"Not very comfortable - I have been in hostels before but usually there is a bit more privacy. Showers were tiny, no changing area. Also shower was freezing. Bathroom floors always wet. Online check in and code access is not as traveler friendly / you need roaming to get the code cause you need to ask for it on arrival over the phone. Staff is really nice and helpful. Clean, beds ok. They say the have baggage storage but they don’t."

"Breakfast was nice enough, but you have to go to the other hotel to get it. Rooms weren’t immensely clean, when I arrived I had to call room service straight away as the bathroom wasn’t clean. You wouldn’t stay in this hotel for its amenities. Location is fine. Staff were fine. "
