Things they CAN help: Filth and misleading advertising. First our room was filthy. The baseboard was peeling away from the wall, with nails exposed, it had clearly not been even vacuumed (as evidenced by debris and prior customers key card on the floor), the bathtub/shower was moldy and filthy, the door of the fridge was sticky. "Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I stay in hotels 10 months a year. The TV was broke. The sheets and beds were dirty. Breakfast was gross looking. I will never stay at this brand"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay as the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was getting our room cleaned. The hotel cleans rooms every other day. Since we didn't need any cleaning service for a few days, we had the do not disturb tag on our door. We then took the tag off the door and even after a couple of days the cleaning staff never came to our room. I notified the hotel desk about it and they had a member of the cleaning team come to our room to clean it. Issue solved!"

"The price was ok because I believe there was the Tulip Festival going on which is why the hotels in the area were so full, - however- We were there early because we had come from the other side of the state for a wedding shower. We were about an hour early for check in so the clerk at the front desk said to come back in an hour because it needed inspection. We did come back in an hour, at that time we found out that our room was not in the main building but out back in a separate building. I...

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked that there were four pillows on a king size bed and they were pillows from soft soft to a little more firm so you really got a good choice of what pillow would be comfortable for you. The air-conditioning units in the room are a little loud, but on the whole, the hotel was quiet at night, which is where it counts the most when you’re trying to sleep. Would definitely stay there again when in the Zealand Holland area."

"The rooms were clean, however, not sound proof as they advertise. The pillows are tiny and flat and the bed is hard as a rock. Went down for breakfast the forst day and thw scrambled eggs looked like cubes. Not a lot of options. Never ended up eating at the hotel. Would not stay at a Baymont again."

Only complaint was no coffee in the room and community coffee didn’t start until nine. If you’re early risers, bring a small keurig and coffee pods with you. Or drive to the gas station."
