"We stayed for three nights and didn't receive fresh towels the entire time. The parking was limited. Other than those two areas the stay was nice. The room was clean and set up nicely with a kitchenette and a nice AC unit. The view from our room was great looking out at the water. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much."

Check in host was kind but next morning I got snapped at for requesting coffee at 7:05 because they don’t open until 7 (and coffee was just dirty dish water, I recommend packing your own coffee). "Cool building in a great location. Only has stairs to the second and third floors, which is fine but might be tough for some. Great friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We try to stay here when we can when in Pt Townsend"

"This was our first trip with our bulldog. The staff was so sweet with her! Our room was very comfortable and they had treats for our dog too. Everything was clean and the staff was always making sure everything was to our liking. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance too. Quiet area."

"This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

"It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. "Very nice place to spend a night in a fun town"

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"Staff was very helpful and quickly responsive. Nice breakfast. Hot water quickly. Lots of towels! Beds were not secure and rolled around when small children jumped on them. Not helpful."

"The Coachman is a lovely place to stay. The rooms were very clean and cozy. I also really appreciated the ice machine as it can get really hot during the day and I used it to fill my water bottle. Also it was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator. The staff were friendly at checkin and checkout. I'm definitely planning on staying there again."
