"The hotel check in gal went above and beyond to help us when we checked in for the night. She offered to make us hot water in her personal teapot so we could enjoy a cup of tea. Very nice!!"

"I don't know exactly but I would say I've stayed here 6-7 times. I'm local and go out there for a little staycation, all alone, because it's the nicest, cleanest hotel on the peninsula, IMO. I don't really gamble, I just like to go hide out in my room. I get food from The House of Seven Brothers or Napolis and bring it upstairs, always excellent. "The staff is awesome. Very polite and helpful. Here’s the thing…I use Expedia to book a room and I have a dog. I filter my search to PET FRIENDLY and select a hotel. When I arrive at the Hotel the staff is completely oblivious to me having a pet. Then they charge me a PET FEE for $50. This gets old. I choose Expedia for convenience. WHY CANT EXPEDIA NOTIFY the property that I have a pet. It’s ridiculous."
