"Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. Hotel has a nice setting and a beautiful courtyard. Location is convenient and close to the main attraction area. "The staff here goes above and beyond!!! My room assignment faced the street and the was a light on during the first part of the night until 2am and I was concerned because my room was too bright to fall asleep. They made sure to turn it off at an earlier time next day. Great restaurant recommendation as well. "

"We loved Hotel Kraft! My friend and I came to stay for three nights and have said if we were to come again, we would certainly stay here. The staff are so warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing, beautiful balcony, great room amenities 10/10. Loved the rooftop pool which was warm and a dip after a day of walking was much appreciated. Wonderful views of Florence from the rooftop pool and the bar. It was very easy to walk everywhere from the hotel, attractions are around 20 minutes away....

"Not as advertised. As of April 2024 this hotel is listed as having internet on its TVs (netflix, hulu, etc.) both in Expedia and the hilton webpage. A pretty standard amenity in 5 star hotels. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but when we checked in we learned that it doesn't have this in any room. When we showed the receptionist how the listing and our reservation said it included streaming TV they just shrugged. Also the overall quality of the hotel feels more like a 3 or 4...

"The hotel was very adequate and the location was good. The only issue we had was there was no air conditioning in the room. The window in the room was locked so we could get no air. The housekeeper brought us a fan, which helped. We were surprised when housekeeping freshen up our room on Day 2. - which we didn’t expect. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food. Overall, a good hotel."
