"Stayed here to attend a conference. The place is decent with good service. The room we first went to had a plumbing issue-the toilet was not flushing and started to overflow. But we were given a different room soon after we complained. The keycards had to be changed a few times because they kept getting demagnetized (despite not being near a CC or phone). The location is convenient. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is attentive and breakfast was good."

"Its was great. I was able to totally relax there. The continental breakfast was gpod. The breakfast attendant was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel os nice. Mpre pictures on tge walls i feel would really style the hotel. The walls are pretty plain. I enjoyed the pool I slept very qell for the bed was very comfortable. I loved the area for food and shopping. I felt very safe"

"We have always found this hotel as inviting and comfortable. We were disappointed this time that the gym was set at an uncomfortable 82 degrees and there was no way to change it. I spoke to the desk clerk and asked if the heat could be lowered or turned off in the gym. She said she’d speak to her manager, but nothing was changed by the next day. It was very uncomfortable."

"The hotel was definitely dated in some areas. It is a historic property so be aware that there are several elevation changes in the rooms. We had to step up upon entering and there was a step down into the kitchenette and then 2 steps down to get to the bathroom area. All of these changes were in different areas of the room. Breakfast was nothing special. The staff were very friendly and thorough and check in and out was quick! The location was very convenient to the baseball stadium and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - both easily walkable."
