"Pleasant stay, Kernow House was as advertised and communication from the owners for key locations, etc were great. Location wise, it's in town, so don't expect view, but it a very convenient, short walk from the Harbour which what we wanted. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise good"

"Whilst the Expedia price on this hotel was lower than the hotels website, the general condition of the room and bar was tired and dated. The shower did not work correctly, room light kept flickering on and off when switched on. It was convenient for a party i was attending but i would not return. "

"The staff we encountered, and another we asked for help with heating, were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were plentiful, although no fruit or brown bread was offered. Toast was offered, but with no suitable crockery. Not enough plug sockets in the bedroom and what were on offer, were not all usable ! Heating was provided in the room - although with no instructions - which proved necessary. Bathroom facilities were good and clean. Parking was plentiful. It was odd that a decaf coffee option...

"Great location with great sea views. Room was quite small but was perfectly sufficient for our one night stay. Also, very clean and everything needed was available. Breakfast was good value but not well organised. Overall a comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again.."
