"Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also. "

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"

"I booked this hotel without looking into it much. From the moment we walked through the doors I know we had found a special little hotel. The staff were so welcoming and genuinely warm. They walked us to our room for the night through a little mini orchard of Citrus trees. The room was incredible for the price I paid. The breakfast was also excellent. Can’t rate this place highly enough. Excellenza "

"I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere."
