"Hotel novo, mas um hotel fora do perfil de Gramado, corredores frios sem calefação, muito mármore pouca atmosfera da Serra. Não tinha secador de cabelo nos quartos, café bom, mas simples se comparado com outros de Gramado. Não tinha roupão nem para aluguel! Não é um resort, não tinha entretenimento nenhum, nem programação de recreação. A área da piscina é bem pequena diante da estrutura. Um hotel de luxo que não entendeu a atmosfera de gramado."
