The room was very nice. It was on the 11th floor. However, the view was not great. It stated harbor view but it was a view of the back bay area. The breakfast was really good. Very fresh fruit and friendly, attentive staff.

Hyatt Place Portland Downtown - Old Port Square
Everything was great except the noise. Lots of drunk people yelling from the street below, we were on the 4th floor and still loud. Would advise you ask for a room opposite the Fore Street side.
