"I was told I would get a text when my room was ready, I never did and while sitting in lobby hours later watched multiple guests get their rooms. I was told as an Expedia VIP, there would be a bottle of wine waiting for me in my room. There was none. The bed made a loud creaking noise every time I moved. Outlets next to the bed were very loose. While the location was great; not worth the money"

"Room was clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a good selection of food. A major negative for the food was my wife dished up a bowl of oatmeal and found a long hair in it. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We used the laundry room and it was sufficient for our needs. Parking was convenient but expensive at $35 per day."

"This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience "

"Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep."
