"Very dirty windows, no business center where we could use a computer to print boarding passes. Dirty tables after breakfast so we cleaned them ourselves."

"This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions.
