"Four Complaints - all related. First, I requested (and received) an accessible room (I stayed in Room # 109 to be exact) - but there was no hand held wand in the shower - which many handicapped people (me included) absolutely require. This is a $20 (at most) DIY replacement job that can be done in 2 minutes or less. Second, the tub was very tall and difficult for me to climb into. "It is conveniently located and the room was nice. Breakfast ended at 9 so I didn't partake. Pool looked good from lobby. Elevator is filthy. No issue in room other than the shampoo bottle was empty."
