nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cet appartement ! propre, tres complet et convivial ! Si vous avez des difficultés a monter les marches ( evitez 275 marches pour se rendre le lond du duro) funiculaire possible mais payant

This is a beautiful apartment with gorgeous view on the river, bridge and monastery. Staff is very friendly and supportive. There is even a private terrace in front of the house that you can use for relaxation or party. Breakfast option is very good as well. Be aware the house is on a hill slope, and you have to walk up to the slope a lot to get to downtown. Street is too narrow for car to pass to the door. You have to be in good shape to lift your laggage to the 4th floor (they said second) without an elevator. I downgraded 1 star because the shower head holder was broken, and it was not fixed over 5 days of our stay. Also there was no garbage collection as well. Other than that, great location, good kitchen, and very spacy rooms (split levels design).

Well located and comfortable apartment.

Fantastic location-walking distance from all main attractions of Porto. If you’re less able to climb the hilly streets of the city, there is a funicular very close to the apartment.

멋진 뷰 위치 모든게 완벽한 숙소

요청시 수건도 더 주시고 깨끗하고 안락하고 뷰도 너무 멋있었습니다. 포르투갈 여행시 더 방문하고 싶은 곳이였어요 3박만한게 너무 아쉬웠습니다.

Laundry facilities were advertised but were not at the property. The ad said to call to check in but the property didn't pick up the 4 times I called from international cell. Hotel called Lisbon 3x. Property manager would not give out code for door until I got on phone and insisted. When we arrived within the check in time no one would meet us and code didn't work. We had to contact again thru whats app, supervisor had to be called and door reset. Check in was terribe. Service was terrible.

Great apartment but poor service

The location was good and the apartment was nice. With excellent views. However, the service from the host was very disappointing. The check in process was not simple and no one to receive us. No clarity on check out process and I still do not have my deposit back. Overall good stay but poor service

joli, mais on n'ira plus !

OK l'appartement est joli et la vue sublissime, mais ça s'arrête là. Ce n'est pas accessible en voiture (et ce n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce), il faut faire 200 ou 300m à pieds dans des pavés donc pas top avec les valises ! Il nous a été demandé de confirmer 48h avant la venue, ce que j'ai fait. En arrivant devant on s'est retrouvé devant une porte qui s'ouvre avec un code qu'on n'avait pas eu. J'ai appelé au moins 40 fois avant que quelqu'un ne décroche pour me donner ce code ! 1h avec les valises dans une ruelle en plein soleil ! Elle m'a envoyé le code par sms, sans une excuse, rien ! Au prix de la nuit, on attendait un minimum de service commercial ! Ce n'est pas accessible non plus aux personnes handicapées ne pouvant pas marcher ! Alors oui, la vue est magnifique de jour, sublime de nuit, mais c'est tout !

The apartment - not hotel as listed by Expedia - was very nice. Stupendous view and very clean. Also slept very well; nice bed and quiet at night. Lots of walking to get to the apartment, but walking is what you do in Porto LOL. All - in - all, was a very nice place to stay. Only negative is that the apartment didn’t have a microwave or toaster.

Boa localizaçao perto Catedral da SÉ, estaçao metro e trem São Bento, Cais da Ribeira e Ponte D.Luis e Funicular. Vista excepcional... Duplex excelente, grande e confortavel. Banheiros grandes. Cama super confortavel. Check in pratico.. Boa comunicação atraves do whatsap. Tem local para estacionar na rua. Apesar da localizaçao um pouco escondida, não sentir nenhum receio em sair e chegar mesmo durante a madrugada. Super recomendo, voltaria com certeza.

The accommodations were clean, modern and spacious. The view was amazing. Communication and service was timely and polite. A few additional kitchen utensils like a bread knife and corkscrew would have been helpful and possible just a few more coffee pods based on length of stay and number of guests. Overall I would certainly book again.

APPARTEMENT réellement agréable, spacieux, confortable, avec une vue superbe...à conseiller. Bien placé pour les visites de la vieille ville (attention aux marches quand-même !) Toujours un peu le stress pour avoir le code d'accès (mail reçu la veille ), mais intervante au téléphone très diligente, même si c'est en anglais !

The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect. A two minute walk to the waterfront, close up view of the bridge and a bar just a minute away. Of the two weeks that we spent in several places around Portugal it was the best! The property managers were fantastic, responsive and informative. Wish we could have stayed longer

Amazing location walkable to everything

We loved the location and styling of this apartment. The building has a private viewing point of the river and bridge and was very clean and comfortable. The location was great - we could easily walk to the river, across the bridge to the port caves and wineries as well as to the center of Porto to see the historic buildings. A quick note - we were two people staying in the two beds shown. One is in a private room with a door and the other is in an area outside of the bathroom, so the person in the private room has to enter the other “room” to use the bathroom. We are old friends so it wasn’t a problem for us and would definitely stay again, but might be a problem for others who need more privacy. I know there are other apartments in the same building, so I would highly recommend those if someone needed more privacy, but wanted to benefit from the decor and location of this place.

A fabulous location for exploring both the Ribeira region and Nova de Gaia (port houses there) & fantastic view from this spacious apartment! Perfect for two couples. Lots of exercise (earn your port!) as on a hill - but can be lazy and take the Funicular. Lovely place/would stay again. Only downside was had slightly firm mattress (personal choice) and we couldn't make the air-con work (but we didn't bother to 'ask').
