"All staff were very friendly and responsive. I was very pleased with the gulf-view room (it was very clean given how sandy it could have been), and the balcony was more spacious than I anticipated. The location is very walkable as well to nearby restaurants, the boardwalk, and boating."

They don't even have enough parking for half of the rooms in this place...there was absolutely NOWHERE to park and when I asked they told me I can park anywhere else and just walk!! Yet they still charge $11+ a day for a parking not available. When I complained they said they would waive the parking fee but I still got billed for it."

"We traveled with two minors for a quick stop on our way to Orlando, Florida and it was perfect. Got to enjoy the night life of Pensacola Florida. 8 minute drive to restaurants and the beach! Walked the beach & ate dinner on the beach. Definitely recommend!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, parking was easy enough. Getting in and out kinda sucked because there’s a median on the main road. The room was nice and cool with this heat. It was also cheaper to get an extra day straight from the hotel than it was from Expedia. We should have just went straight to the source for the room. But other than that it was a good stay."

"Nice clean unit with view of the bay. The master bed was firm and pillows were too flat. The master didn’t have a lamp and alarm clock but they remedied that by having it delivered. Elevators are lightning fast however noisy and was able to hear them from the unit. Staff was extremely friendly. "

"We made reservations online, and we got there , I was told our reservations were canceled, I never got a call, or email from the property to notify us the reservations were canceled, until 30 minutes after they told us at the property it was canceled. Front staff was not even trying to help us in any way. They kept saying Expedia should have contacted me about our reservations. We were forced to look for a place to stay the weekend, since we had traveled 9 hrs to go there. Just terrible...

"This is the new grade of millennium Hotel by Marriott. For an older traveler, it’s very insufficient. First off the lighting in the room is in adequate. Young people don’t read you could not read in bed. The light was so poor. You had to sit in a chair at the desk. There wasn’t much in the room of note the coffee maker there was no freshwater on the second day and no refrigerator. It’s a very dark room with dark gray paint.
