"We were in one of the sea view rooms (room 119) and were blown away by the view. There was also a patio outside with table and chairs. Room was comfortable but not luxurious. Bed was good. Breakfast was also good, again with a tremendous view onto the harbour. The hotel has a maze of slightly dingy corridors, probably the result of various extensions over time, but that really didn't matter to us once we got our bearings"

Outside of building does look a bit weather worn but that is probably only to be expected given the location The Bar and Dining area is relatively spacious & the included breakfast was pretty good! Room was smallish, relatively comfortable bed and a clean toilet and shower. Hotel staff were all extremely pleasant!"

"Overall, we liked everything about the greenbank. The staff was wonderful and the dining room and patios overlooking the harbor were gorgeous. Just keeping mine it's an older hotel so it comes with some of the quirks of an older building. I don't think our room had any ventilation, other than a fan. And the after noon the west facing window got hot and stuffy. You could crack the window about 4" but that was it.."
