"Staff were very welcoming and chatty. They were also helpful when we needed things.
The Rooms were fine but looked a bit tired. The cover had fallen off the bathroom extractor fan and the heated towel rail was held together with electrical tape for example. However the TV had a full range of "freeview" programmes.
The adjoining Hungry Horse was useful but very busy as we hit it at 7.00pm on a Friday evening.
Breakfasts were Okay. Food was good but orange juice ran out, the coffee was just...

"Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. We also noticed a live worm or parasite on the window sill, which was very off-putting.
