"Bed is very hard, uncomfortable to sleep
Room service is expensive, paid 38 quid , asked to swap chips for potato and she still charged me extra, so attention to detail is poor, when you paying so much. Otherwise its a very nice hotel, rooms are spacious and aircon.
Also this occasion I had a view of inside, didn't like that at all, if you psychic high prices for a room, then at least let me see outside"

"This is the review that I really dit want to do. The staff were lovely and the 'Hotel' was conveniently close to the ferry and close to the City centre
The staff were great, everywhere was clean and the ‘free’ breakfast was great. The issue with this property is basic maintenance. The shower was right next to the toilet where the water went straight onto the floor. The shower was very weak and took a long time to hear up. Even though there was a slight slope you would still get water around...

"Very quick response to any of questions. Warm welcome and help getting my bag up the stairs as there is no elevator. I had rm 5 just for myself. I had enough space to lay out my bag for the night. There were enough outlets in the room but wish there was one by head of the bed. No ac, but there is a fan that cooled me off lots of on demand hot water in the shower. Quiet street and very easy walk to the beach. Close to streets that have plenty of restaurants."

"Definitely a gem in this cute seaside town. Host was so nice and helpful telling us about things to do in the area. The spa was awesome as well. Love the common areas as well. Room and beds were super comfy and well maintained."
