"Great kitchen space and lots of room to relax. I found the blinking light over the bed quite annoying and had to cover it to be able to sleep. It flashed and lit the entire bedroom. I also found out mid shower that the shampoo was empty and butterflies were dead in the TV remotes. Small insignificant details make huge differences."

"The Night employee Tom was awesome. He gave us an idea where to go have breakfast. He was a big help. Most of the hotel was closed for renovations. The price was okay for not having normal amenities. The bed was comfortable. Other than lots of construction on property, it was okay."

"Everything was great except that they allow dogs. It was around 7 a.m. when I started hearing a small dog barking constantly. After about 2 hours I called the front desk to see if they could locate the dog. I never did hear the dog stop barking. Luckily I went out for the day after another hour of listening to the constant yelping."

"There were 2 terrible and nasty and rude young women with long blonde hair on arrival Wednesday the 29 of April and AGAIN when we left on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 11:38. Why don’t they have to wear name tags??? We were in room 342 (the SAME ROOM we stayed in May of 2025!) and could NOT GET HOT WATER!! When we complained at the desk, they sent someone up (AGAIN WITH NO NAME TAG or identification indicating he WORKED THERE!!) and told us in order to get hot water for a shower you have to run the water in the sink AND run the BATH water simultaneously for sometimes over 5 minutes!!! This was the SAME problem we encountered LAST YEAR!!!! No one has seen to this problem in a FULL YEAR???!!! The shower definitely needs an upgrade.. the tile on the walls is discolored and disgusting. I have had issues with 2 Hilton properties in New York in 2024 for almost the same reasons; sloppy, rude staff and FILTHY bathrooms. I will probably NEVER stay at a Hilton again as they have become comparable to a Motel 6, in my opinion. I will also send this to Ben Welsh Front office manager"
