We were disappointed that the pool was not open. The room was clean and well kept up but the hallways and exterior were deteriorating.

Charming spot

Very charming place. We enjoyed our time away. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Kitchenette came with everything we needed for coffee in the morning. Perfect location, ideal space.

As soon as you opened up the door there was an unIpleasant smell to the room. It is badly in need of updating, removing the old smelly, stained carpet.

White towels were with stains and had somebody's hair on it. There were only one small bottle of shampoo and one bar of soap. And I spotted the big ant on the wall. Also there were no shades on the windows, only some curtains (light was coming through). All of this might be acceptable if not the price of 340 for a night.

Never again there.

Easy polite check in. Room was spacey and pretty clean. Bldgs need lots of repairs. Had nothing that was advertised on website, pool not opened, no dining, store or continental breakfast, so made a rainy wknd worse. We left after 1 night and came home. Day after they dropped room rate by $55.

Iffy but good service during day and partial 🌙

The first room that i was told was a lofted room with spjral stair case was kind of creepy and way too inclosed and at close quarters to other people who were staying. We got locked out of room had no way of contacting office for a new key after 12am or so. Finally the 2nd night my 10 year old daughter and I got the room we wanted .. again tried to go thru this site to save almost $70! However he insisted that I went thru THE HOTEL OR I WOULD NOT RECEIVE ROOM I WANTED! SO HAD TO PAY $300.01 CASH! WOW THANKS BUDDY 👍

I am an experienced cleaner and i have seen and stayed in worse. Bed, bedding, and pillows were great. No hot water or pressure for shower but hot water that can burn you if your not careful. They have a not that customers are responsible for cleaning kitchenette area but do not give you soap or paper towels. There was cowbebs by in a few areas and some picking up to be warranted. Otherwise nice. Should have few aeeas for people that want can sit and relax outsidr that ate smokers.

The room was old but clean. The building the room was located in was gross -crickets in the hallways, tattered turf carpeting. It is in the woods so I guess I can forgive the crickets to some extent. There was a window air conditioner in the living room window which didn’t do much for the bedroom so I’m glad it wasn’t that hot when we were there. Not sure what happened to the swimming pool listed in the website. The person at the desk didn’t mention it, there were no signs to it. He also didn’t wear a mask in these COVID times which didn’t make me confident in any other COVID cleaning. The whole place was run down and falling apart.

No Breakeast

We were disapointed that Wrens Nest advertizes a breakfeast which is not true. Due to virus I understand, but no adjustment to rate, so when comparing to other motel rates, breakfeast was a decision maker and turned out to be false.

Sketchy Owners

This inn is run by pathological liars who will tell you a fake price and charge your card for a different one right in front of you. Don't stay here unless you enjoy being swindled out of your own money.

Disappointed

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms smelled damp. There were stains on the carpet and cobwebs in many, many corners of the the room and I mean large ones to boot! One blind on a window was broke so I was unable to raise it. There was a light just outside and above the window that was on all night long and disrupted our sleep.
