"The staff was by far the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond, and honestly, they were the main reason we were able to enjoy our stay despite the other issues. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. The hotel still advertised a hot tub, but when we arrived, we found that it had been filled in with concrete. The pool also appeared to be in need of maintenance, with paint peeling...
