"The property is stunning, with views to die for, and it is so quiet! The staff were so helpful, warm and welcoming!
The only critism we have is the bathroom facility in the disabled bathroom. No shaver socket working, and the floor looked as if it needed a good power wash.
We would go back and stay tomorrow."

"Room was clean, basic, but had all that I needed. Bed was very comfortable but room was initially a little cool. Radiator was adjustable and it soon warmed up. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Restaurant menu was varied, food well prepared and nicely presented. Typically pub food.
Breakfast freshly cooked to order with good choice of cereals available.

I would like to warn future guests who are planning to use the swimming pool and spa facilities about something that we found very inconvenient during our stay.
There is no direct indoor access connecting the accommodation (the apartments) to the swimming pool and spa area. Bathrobes are not provided either. "Cannot fault the Halfway House Pub. Stayed here for 4 nights..Friendly welcome shown our room by Mike. All staff friendly and helpful. Room was excellent spotless and uensuite was great.
Breakfast was very good.
Ate here twice in the evening and food was excellent. Great evening spent listening to the Sea Shanty choir.
Dog friendly..
No car park but public car park £5 for 24 hours.
Will definitely be staying again. Thanks to all staff at the Halfway House."
