The room was dirty, smelly and bugs. Left room within a hour. Asked for a refund which we haven’t received. Booked this room because it said it had a rating of 8. Can’t imagine how it got this rating.Very disappointing!!!

Love staying here. My only complaint is that the room floor has not always been thoroughly cleaned/mopped. Not visibly dirty but my socks show evidence of the floor not being totally clean. We stay here 2-4 times per year. Breakfast is good and staff are always very nice. Love that they allow pets ...
