"The hotel is nice. Great amenities. Friendly staff and they offer a good free buffet breakfast. Few issues with our room-5 of us adults cannot figure out how to set the thermostat to ac so room was always warm. Our shower door didnt close all of the way. We had a 2 bedroom suite and one of the toilets clogged up. We called about toilet and ac. They said they would send someone up but never did."

"Booked a couple months prior and they did upgrade us to a suite, which was awesome. Convenient location. Showed up earlier than expected at 1:30pm. Room was not ready. There were at least 10 other rooms people were waiting for, none were cleaned and ready for guests. We didn't get a room until 2:45. We understand that check in is officially at 3pm. But they should be more accommodating for flights. They obviously do not do any early check ins. So many people came after us waiting for their rooms...
