"The air conditioner in our room did not work, the lights above the sink were so hot that you couldn’t stand at the sink with them turned on. The tv didn’t work. The internet in our room did not work very well"

"Really comfortable beds. Excellent location In North Bay. Great staff. Decent breakfast typical breakfast fare. Just had a little issue with the soap in the shower squirting into my eyeball. It was positioned at eyeball height, unfortunately, but otherwise it was an excellent stay."

"This is an older hotel with new owners who are trying to make it nicer for guests. The rooms by the lake have great access to swimming and nice little deck for enjoying the lake view. You have access to a high quality gym. Owner went out of his way to help me find a place to charge my EV. Good price for this part of Ontario, would recommend."

"Good price for extended stays compared to hotel prices. And loved that it had two (2) rooms in the suite. Be prepared though, as you do need to bring kitchen items if you choose to cook or make your own coffee in the room."

Il n’y avait pas de grille sur la ventilation de la salle de bain donc le mécanisme poussiéreux était visible et bruyant. "I was greatly surprised at nice it was. I was expecting just a standard motel, but the room was all upgraded renovated with a modern feel. Staff was very friendly. About the only negative thing I can say was that the air conditioner was a little too loud. Can really beat this very nice stay for the extremely affordable price."

"Team, please check this is the 3rd time we have stayed there and same issue. spiders. The last time we made the staff reclean our room at 10pm and it was only because all other hotels we full and we ended up not getting into our room till 12:30 am. This last room even looked "freshly renovated" but the ceiling still has stains on it even though the the rest of the room looked fresh. But again at least 10 spiders in the rooms in the corners on the ceiling bathroom and main room."

"You have a prime location in North Bay that you could really take advantage of, unfortunately the establishment is in dire need of modern updates. We will not return, unless renovations happen, and pride of ownership improves."
