"Después de una fila de 30 minutos a media noche, nos atendió Giorgio de mala gana, muy lento, además nos cobró 20 euros extra de un impuesto local... nos quedamos en otro hotel más céntrico en Milán y no cobraron ningún extra. No hay estacionamiento suficiente. Lo único bueno es la ubicación cerca del aeropuerto... a 7 minutos. "

"We had one of our best Italian meals at the restaurant where the staff was extremely professional. The staff and services at the spa were also excellent. Our room was small but tidy and adequate. The bed was very, very comfortable and the linens lovely. "

"This property located right by the metro station, which is convenient to get to all attractions. Also Hotel located about 15 minutes walk to Centrale Milano train station. Breakfast buffet was very good. What I did not like is that Expedia stated that Hotel provides Bottled water, which it did not. Shower stall was very small, and no bidet in the bathroom, as was advertised. Also no kettle in the room as was advertised to make the tea. Generally, dissent 4 star Hotel in Milan."

The location was ideal, only a short walk to most places, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the artwork beautiful and our rooms clean and spacious. The breakfast was also great, with a large selection of fresh food. We would definitely stay there again. "
