"Romana on reception was warm, friendly and welcoming and gave an incredible first impression. The room was spacious and the lounge area was impressive looking. The apartment itself felt a little tired, especially the bathroom. However, the shower pressure was great. The breakfast selection was ample. We were able to check in upon arriving from our overnight flight from New York. The hotel is poised over the center of Old Town Prague which is pedestrian-only and lively. The code controller panel did not work one evening. But the issue was resolved within 15 mins. We stayed in the Cinderalla and there is enough space for two people with 1 large suitcase and 1 roller bag. Kitchen utensils are basic. Microwave and burner. No oven or toaster. Recommended. "

"We stayed in two rooms over our stay, the first room had a loft with an open glass ceiling which was nice. The provided shampoo/conditioner and body wash smelled very nice. The AC in this unit was great. The second room had a great view of the city, unfortunately the AC never got cooler than 24.5C. Location wise we were able to easily navigate to all the spots we wanted to visit in Prague, and highly recommended the cafe savoy coffee house."
