"We reserved 2 nights. I looked at the room before paying for it. I did not look at the bedding that was turned down and the linen was misty smelling and to find the coverlets were very dirty on he top edges that you pull up. I told one of the cleaning ladies about it and she told me she would tell the cleaning lady for the first floor when she arrived. "They only clean the room once every three days. We requested additional towels from room service since we like to shower every day, and they didn't arrive. Had a suboptimal breakfast experience. The frozen eggs didn't get heated all the way through. The waffle maker is always a plus. The front desk worker when we checked in and out was great, but it was unattended late at night when we needed help."

"The stay was just fine. Staff I interacted with was nice and helpful though. I booked here after seeing it was award winning and highly rated. I expected a lot more and was underwhelmed. Upon arrival to our room it has a slight musty smell, eventually that went away or we got used to it. Bed was fine.
