"We stayed here to experience the Rail Explorers Elk River tour, which makes the hotel’s location convenient if one is coming from Ohio. The beds were comfortable! "Sarah checked us in and was extremely helpful. We had arrived early and our rooms were ready for check in. She assisted with recommendations for hiking and restaurants in the area. We stayed for two days and had a lovely time. The staff was nice and courteous. Very nice rooms with updated amenities. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if I'm back in the area"

"The inn is older but clean and well-maintained. The attached restaurant was convenient for us since we already driven more than 5 hours and didn’t want to get back in the car to get dinner. But the friendly and helpful staff really made the trip. Ask Jessica about her “happy place” to visit a spot that tourists don’t usually experience! It was worth it."

"Drug addicts hanging outside the hotel! Watching you walk to your room. Felt very unsafe didnt last an hour grabbed my stuff and left. Do not stay!"

"I had read reviews about this hotel recently, say it was clean and looked new renovated. We stayed on the 7th floor, definitely NOT renovated. Dirty carpet, dirty lobby. The area had a lot of homeless people wandering around, street were dirty and I didn’t feel safe. The hotel room it self was quiet. We slept and left right away. Would never stay here again!"

"We stayed because we needed enough room for 5, that was good. The building is old and alittle run down. First the door wouldn't open, we finally got it to open. We closed the door and needed something else from the car and the door wouldn't open. After several tries we finally got it open. The attendant had to come and take part of the threshold off the bottom of the door,so we could get in and out. I wouldn't stay there again."

"This hotel was the second in a chain of three different hotels that we were using for our travel the first hotel I’ve already commented on, but this hotel is clean. It was nice however, the next day I did see a roach when I was getting ready to check out so I had to undo all my items and make sure that none were nesting in my you know my luggage other than that it was OK."

"We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again!"
