Pluses: clean, staff friendly minuses: had to log into my own YOutube tv account to watch live tv. not sure what i would have done if i had a different carrier at home. also, the walls are paper thin. couldn't sleep due to other patrons noisiness above me and next to me.

Extremely disappointing stay! Upon arrival, the front desk employee was outside walking her dog while guests waited. Our first room was dirty with an unmade bed. We were moved to a single-bed room despite booking two queens. The shower had hair on the walls, moldy coffee was left in the microwave, and we had only one towel for two people. The office was often closed, our key cards failed late at night, and we couldn't get fresh towels without tracking down staff. Unacceptable experience!

The room was clean and the air conditioning excellent. The parking lot is crowded and hard to find a place where your car won’t get hit with a door

The room had a noticeable smell of mold, and visible mold could be seen in several locations. The sheets were dirty, and the door to the room did not close properly, requiring excessive force and lifting to secure it. There were only enough towels for one person in the room, even though the reservation stated it was for three people. The walls are very thin, so you will hear everything on your floor and above. The building doesn’t seem old, but you can tell it was cheaply made. It is important to note that this is an extended stay facility, not a hotel, and it should be advertised as such. The desk attendant is only available from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Overall, the facility requires improved management, maintenance, and oversight.

When I arrived at 9:00 pm, I was told they were overbooked. It was a prepaid reservation, so to say the least, I was not happy. That is a bad situation for a single woman traveler. It will never be on my list of places to stay.

Overall, a solid choice for an affordable stay. My main criticisms are that housekeeping never cleaned my room and I couldn’t get the WiFi to work. The room I was originally assigned was not ready, but the front desk person promptly assigned me to another room. So ok overall.

Mostly it was great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no outdoor seating anywhere on the property and, after speaking with other guests, it seems that many of the cooktops only operate on high. I tried to put a stew on simmer but it boiled no matter how low I turned the heat down. Laundry facilities are kept clean and getting mail here was a huge help. Staff always greeted me when I came in and out and they treated my dog really well too! I definitely recommend this property.
