"There was no complementary coffee or tea in the lobby. The coffee shop/bar had very limited hours. Maid service was minimal. Front desk personnel were sometimes disinterested. The location was great, with easy access to highways and conveniently adjacent to a shopping center with multiple restaurants."

"Once again, I was disappointed by Hilton. This is the second time we arrived at a Hilton and were informed that breakfast was not included as was indicated when I made my reservation. Nor did I receive my Hilton Honors bag – not that I missed the bag of chips in the bottle of water, but it’s a matter of precedent and expectation. The room was OK, but the bed was not great and made a lot of noise when you sat down on it. Not sure I’m gonna be booking with Hilton again very soon."

"This hotel is not clean. They didn’t clean my room for over 7 days! I put the garbage out of the room - it took forever for them to pick it up despite me telling them to do so if they do not clean the room. The hotel is constantly used to have large group gatherings and celebrations. There are lots of people everywhere who do not even stay in the hotel. This is the only IHG hotel in the area.
