In a world where we travel by entering addresses into maps, we lost valuable time in the wrong part of the large campus due to the Woodroffe address listed. Thankfully the Residence staff guided us in the right direction and were very helpful and accommodating, also thankfully we have a vehicle to move ourselves across the area. "The property was fine. What I did not appreciate is due to the corona virus I was stranded, my family paid for the hotel and the hotel did not want to take the deposit cash or via credit card from them I had to call a friend that lives in Ottawa to come to the hotel with his credit card. That was not good.....We paid online for hotel it was just terrible."
