"Clean, quiet and much less expensive than most other places to stay in the area. Very close to the Verde River and the Out of Africa wildlife park, pretty easy to get to and obviously undergoing renovations; I have to say that our room was easily one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, our host was friendly and I enjoyed our stay."

"We were told that the property was very close to the train station. So close you could almost see it. When we arrived we realized not true and the owner suggest we should drive because we would likely be very tired after the trip you the canyon to walk back anyway. Room was ok. Lamp was reported broken but not fixed. Just ok. Lots of other options in town."

"I would definitely stay there again. The price was right, and it was an ideal location for us. There were restaurants we could walk to. The front desk is not attended after hours and was not open when we left so we left the key in the room as instructed when we checked in. We found the room neat had a good TV good heat, nice shower and all the other things that are typically provided in a hotel room. The room was a little dated, but it was perfect for us on this trip."

"The room was filthy. I was stunned that it was in such poor shape. The bedding and towels were clean, and the fridge was clean and cold.Here's the rest: Bathroom was sort of clean Baseboards were filthy and shower pan needs some serious scrubbing, and there was hair everywhere - we did not shower A/C was caked with dirt A/C remote didn't work and was so grimy Dust bunnies on the wall Phone didn't work - no dial tone Remote controlled the DirecTV box but not the actual TV Side table drawer...

"I choose Motel 6 because back in the '70's, when the kids were little, we stayed at Motel 6. To be fair this particular motel had been closed, recently bought and I think it is being renovated. The walls and ceilings had been painted and I think the flooring was new. However, there were two beds and a table that were attached to wall, and two uncomfortable wooden chairs as furnishing. I am 89 years old and have balance difficulties. The toilet was so low I almost fell onto it when I sat...
