"Room all in all good, tub did not drain pulled plug, lots of hair. ( happens) Had either gnats or fruit flies that type of insect in room. Check on staff was good and informative. Had to call to see if could extend stay and gentle that answered phone was very matter of fact. Breakfast had a variety of item but was out of eggs in both styles serving. Would I recommend to others to stay. Yes. It serves the purpose"

"Our stay at the Roosevelt Inn was wonderful. The Inn exceeded all expectations. We loved the location, the hospitality and the breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfy. We highly recommend it."

"Overall, we loved our stay here! The tent was spacious, clean and beautiful! It was a hike to many tents and not easy to get to them but worth the effort! We had a stargazer tent with a bathroom. There is no electricity in the tent and I missed that info if they stated it in information sent to us. But they gave us battery packs and invited us to use the shared bathrooms for electricity for hair styling, which I did to (more hiking!) Really our only complaint was that the morning breakfast staff had a few rather rude employees. We tried to connect but they were not having it. They should really get out of hospitality now. Our welcome crew and dinner crew were awesome and live music at dinner was great! If we changed anything from our standpoint, we would pack less! Suitcases were difficult to get to the tent but live and learn! Mostly, we would highly recommend!"

"This hotel is fantastic. It’s so convenient. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast room phenomenal. It’s an older hotel but definitely clean and well-well maintained. It is within walking distance of everything. The only downside was the hot tub wasn’t working. Other than that. It was a perfect stay. We would definitely stay here again. The staff is incredible. The music in the lobby perfect just has such a good atmosphere. Such a good vibe. We had a great stay highly recommend."

"Location location location... You can see Mt. Rushmore from the balcony. 3rd floor pull up straight to the room. We had a balcony and a spa tub in the room. Ice, vending, and breakfast easy. Inside pool downstairs. Plenty of seating areas outside. Keystone a block away. Well worth it"

"The fireplace in our original booking was not working, maintenance was sent immediately to assist. They could not get it working. The staff at the lodge gave us an upgrade to a better room with a working fireplace. Excellent customer service!"
