"Our stay was very pleasant. We traveled with a group and rented two adjacent rooms. Each room had a balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains. It was truly peaceful and serene. The ladies who operate the hotel are wonderful and cook delicious breakfasts each morning—you can smell the freshly baked goods from the room. The property is clean and well maintained. Ending the day of hiking with a sauna was perfection."

"Terrible place! Avoid! I booked premium double room for my parents. I was shocked when they sent me photos of what room they got. Tiny room with 2 single beds, no space to even open door to bathroom. The bed mattresses had springs coming out so my parents had 3 sleepless nights. I can see from other reviews that other guests complaint about the beds for a few years now and the hotel didn’t bother to replace them! The photos online are presenting rooms as a premium but what you get it’s...

"Świetny stylowy wygląd pomieszczeń i przestrzeń spa dopracowana w detalach. Hot tub na zewnątrz w otoczeniu zieleni 👌"

"Room was clean and modern, breakfast was really good, plus the staff were great. 😊"

"Staff great on customer service.Breakfast good choice.Great views from top of accommodation. Will be back next year. Drew"

"Great location and helpful (mostly English speaking) reception staff. One thing to note is that the car park access requires reception to open the barrier. The night staff (just after 8pm) wouldn’t let us in as he couldn’t find our booking. Despite the fact that I showed him our key! Eventually sorted but a challenge."

"This was the worst hotel we stayed in in Poland - We booked and paid for breakfast, but did not get breakfast on first morning, got breakfast in a paper bag the 2nd morning, which consisted of meat (for a vegetarian) and included no coffee (milk and meat products were standing in front of the room door without cooling at the height of the heat wave), no breakfast on the 3rd morning. - We would have preferred to change the accommodation to go somewehre with proper breakfast service, as food...

"The check-in process was very poor. It relied on an unreliable-looking website that was mostly in Slovak and was difficult to get working (only partly on English). Communication with the hotel was also clumsy, and there was no information provided about breakfast or other practical matters. The bathroom drain was blocked, causing the bathroom to flood. Housekeeping was also lacking. At the very least, fresh towels and basic room cleaning during the stay would have been appreciated. It was...

"Pokoje mają już kilka lat, apartament z 2 sypialniami był faktycznie z jedną sypialnią osobną a drugim w łóżku w salonie więc opis nie był dokładny. Śniadanie z wieloma produktami "

"I first stayed there 3 years ago. At that time a language barrier made it challenging but we did it. This time my language was much better. The included breakfast was excellent and they checked to make sure everything was good. Room was very clean and tidy. I will stay there again. "

"Czysto, schludnie,dobra domowa kuchnia."

"Staff was very helpful. They called several companies to get a taxi for me that would accept card payments. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful selection."

"När jag bokade var det gratis frukost, när vi checka in så fick vi veta att frukost kostade 20 sloty p/p.jag ger frukosten 1 poäng. Bra trevlig personal."

"Clean room and excellent location beautiful view only 24 min from main attraction. Great breakfast! Perfect stay for a quick weekend trip! "

"This was one of the true highlights of our vacation. I can’t recommend this place more highly. Comfortable room, delicious food, and fantastic family care. We needed some extra help, and they were super helpful. I especially loved the breakfast. Be sure to get it. Cute architecture. Highland aesthetic. Convenient to everything. Great little restaurant behind. Book it now."
