Took my mum for her 50th birthday and we were both thoroughly impressed, amazing value for money. As I’m only just 18 this was my first time at a spa and I thought it was just perfect. We got dinner in our package which was just amazing quality, same goes for breakfast. The staff were amazing and the room and spa were beautiful. 100% recommend

Fantastic hotel. Spa facilities were amazing and the given 2 hour slot was perfect. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious. The Orangery was lovely for the evening meal. The food was devine. Breakfast was also lovely, full table service, with nothing been too much trouble. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Spa was lovely, clean and fantastic facilities. Room was well equipped with comfortable bed. The orangery had to be the highlight. The food is incredible!

The Spa facilities are amazing. The food produced in the Orangery is of fantastic quality and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did find a couple of unexpected problems for a 4 star SPA hotel. We had a 4 poster framed bed which had dust on the top of the framework. There was dust on the top of a picture in our room. The toilet brush had faeces on it! Whilst waiting to leave the orangery (restaurant) on our final night we noticed that the wine fridge at the entrance was thick with dust on the top.

Fantastic spa break stay. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa was wonderful and the outside areas and bar really make it special. Food in the Orangery is fabulous and the room was big and had everything we needed.
