"A lovely old house with excellent bedrooms and kitchen area. The little private garden at the rear was very pleasant to sit in. Polo is a very helpful host. There are a lot of roadworks going on in the area but further into the old town are all the great sights and restaurants. "

"A lovely, quirky place to stay! Really convenient for Ghent centre, with parking and EV charging. We were in the Captain’s cabin which was great for the three of us. Breakfast was very nice too. Only improvement would have been the shower room. The drain couldn’t keep up with the shower which meant you had to paddle about for a good while after anyone had a shower (the toilet was in there too!). Condensation issues in there led to a bit of mould too on the walls. Decor everywhere else was...

The shower and kitchen appliances worked well, and the host was friendly and helpful via messages despite occasional slow replies. Minor issues included internal doors rubbing the floor, a broken trash bin lid, a slightly loose toilet causing noise, and morning noise in the Daydream room near the entrance and stairs, though none ruined my stay. I hope to stay there again."

"We were very pleased with our stay. We had booked a premium room, and it was nice and spacious, and came with a premium pod coffee maker. We’d originally booked a room with a view, but asked for a quiet room, and upon arrival were told that it was really only possible to have one or the other. "What a wonderful stay near the heart of Ghent! Just enough blocks away to enjoy peace and quiet, but close enough to do all the touristy things like sightseeing, shopping, and tasting wonderful foods! Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was spot on each day! I highly recommend!"
