"Stayed for a couple nights, booked a King bedroom. Clean, modern room but a bit small with an unusual bathroom layout. No mirror in front of sink, so had to use the portable vanity mirror to see while brushing or flossing. The front desk was all very helpful and friendly. Located across a park, just outside Melbourne CBD, so it felt spacious leaving the hotel. Also very close to trams and transit, though we didn’t use because we mostly walked to everything."

"Booked a superior studio, room was a good size, clean and had everything needed. Beds very comfortable Location was great, close to cafes, shops and tram line. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Only thing I would criticise was the condition of the balcony area, looked like it hadn't been tidied for some time."

"Absolutely horrible customer service after hours. There was not one to help us check in. We had to call into the intercoms and the person on the line was rude, hostile. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core."

"The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are mostly friendly. The room condition is clean and in reasonable condition. There are only two issues: 1) As I checked in at midnight, the staff on the evening shift told me the hotel doesn't provide slippers, even though I told her my colleague had just got a pair when she checked in in the afternoon. It is a bit inconvenience on the first night of stay until I finally got one from the staff in the day shift. 2) The water pressure of the shower...

"Clean room, new property. We stayed for 6 nights and house keeping was great. Parking is $30/night in their garage so factor that in. Street parking is available sometimes on weekdays but impossible to find on weekends."

"First of all their front desk staff were very professional and helpful, especially Zara. Hotel room: sheets and towels were clean. Shower drain had hairs on it, and the top shelf in the closet and on the inside of the doors had a lot of dust. I believe this room was recently renovated, but was not properly cleaned after the renovation. One other issue was the curtains they did not fully close properly, and the light from the street was kind of strong and disruptive. Breakfast: towards the...
