"The hotel is in a good location to access the new and Autos within a few minutes walk
It’s a city centre , so streets are quite narrow and parking can be a challenge
The manager and receptionist were excellent and accommodated our requests and were so helpful and friendly- the staff are a real asset and the service stood out. There is some renovation work ongoing in the area but this did not disturb our stay
Overall a great value, excellent service and good location hotel for Lisbon "

"El lugar está bien, es limpio y todo en orden. Yo llegué por metro y cuando iba subiendo una pendiente que tienes que pasar (la del tranvía), vi a un par de personas mayores que se iban cayendo, porque está algo pronunciada. Además se tiene que subir varios escalones para acceder, pero así es TODA Lisboa, tiene muchas pendientes. El resguardo de equipaje tiene un costo de 3 Euros. No se acepta efectivo para nada. Tiene una terraza muy linda. Para mí su ubicación me gustó mcho porque tenía varios...

"Clean and well appointed. Walkable from Lisbon airport but they also provide shuttle service every 15 mins. Staff are helpful and friendly. Pool, sauna, and whirlpool seats were great! "
