"Decent location up from the main Ave, so close to all transit and walking distance to many restaurants. Little far from the water and main square, but sill walkable. Beds are not good with coil springs and not comfortable. No fan in the bathroom which caused very humid in room conditions. Room size was great, but our aircon was just forced air, so be sure to ask for fully functional AC, especially in summer! Breakfast was great to your order preference and the staff at check in and breakfast...

"It was a perfect decision for me to book my family stay at the Lisbonaire appartment. It has everything that we need. Friendly and helpful staffs. Good location with accessible public transportation ( train, metro) nearby to go for day trips to Belem and Sintra. Quiet place to relax after long day exploring Lisbon. Kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't cook much. Our room was spacious and cleaned every day. My family loves to stay at the Lisbonaire."

"We didn’t feel this place was good value all things considered.
The bathroom is shared by many rooms, only one toilet and it’s quite tight, although we got lucky and it was not very busy when we stayed. Elevator is finicky to operate. Stairs can be completely dark, lights were not working ? Location was good, as was parking, the room was clean. The artificial room fragrance was overwhelming, we had to keep the balcony open to air out the room. "

"Property was spotless. Large and spacious room - impeccably clean. Shower had amazing water pressure. Bath towels were large and plush. Air conditioning was stellar. Communication with the property was prompt and always kind. Great location for restaurants - with an amazing yoga studio 5 mins away (The Kynd Space). The kitchen, fridge and outdoor patio were large and also spotless. I can’t say enough how clean this property was. It was impressive! I would stay here again any day."

"Room was clean, housekeeping very good, but shower cubicle too small (room 112), cant speak for any other room. This room is also above the bar which plays music in the evenings, so bear that in mind if you are allocated it. Could do with better placement of one of the two plug sockets in this room.
