"This was our first trip to Greenville and this property met all our expectations. Especially noteworthy is its proximity to Falls Park, to the shops and eateries on the River Walk and So. Main Street, as well as the Center Stage Theater."

"The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. ...

"The property was great. It was very close to Main Street in downtown. There were snacks and breakfast food which was nice, but we didn't use this too much. The only issue we had was we could not get the WiFi working and ended up connecting my phone to our CPU and that worked fine. We loved our space it was very cozy and quiet. We didn't see many other people so it was very private."

"I would love to see the breakfast chef whose omelettes are divine, smile and make eye contact when engaging with guests. He looks right over you when speaking with you and quite often is dismissive and pretentious. Other than this particular experience, our 4 night stay was all that we’d hoped it would be. "The only decor was the ubiquitous No Smoking signs, yet the whole place reeked of smoke. Our room smelled of smoke and people smoked freely on the balconies, in the lobby, etc."

"The property itself was nice enough however the staff was not helpful at all and housekeeping really sucked. They only cleaned the room halfway meaning they gave us fresh towels, but left the dirty towels in the room and did not clean the beds. Valet was super unhelpful. I informed them that I had an early flight and they did not pull my car around. They left the key in the drawer for me to pull my own car down from the valet parking lot, not a property that I look forward to staying at again."

"The hotel is looking its age in the hallways and stairwells. Carpets stained and water damaged on our floor. The common areas on each floor level smelled bad and musty. The gave us an accessible room which didn’t suit us and the attached parking lot was full and we had to use valet parking at $33 a night. We were able to get a parking spot the next day.
