"Breakfast was great. The staff really kept everything filled up and hot. Kick back every evening was awesome. Food was good and drinks were nice. The staff here was the absolute best. Every one of them were very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Lots to do and many restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The first night, the tv stopped showing at 10pm. After informing the front desk, we still didn’t get the tv on.the next morning we went for breakfast at 6:45am and was told that the breakfast person didn’t show for work. There was no cook on site for Saturday breakfast. Saturday morning, we never received any clean sheets or towels.this was our first time in Memphis and it wasn’t good at all. For the amount of money that was spent it should have been better."

"My sister and I chose this for the price, and luckily were able to get a ground floor room, since I forget to check whether or not there is an elevator (there is not). We took an Uber into Memphis to avoid parking issues in the city, and it took 15-20 minutes. A decent place."

"Nice property with a lot of dining options…only complaint is casino had several machines where buttons did not work as people were clearly abusing them. Also experienced people using more than one machine, while several employees witnessed but did nothing. Overall property is very good."

"The hotel is a typical airport hotel. I stayed here after my connecting flight to Chicago was missed. I arrived around 6pm and left at 3am for my early morning flight the next day. The gym was closed and inoperable. The room was dusty and had a weird bleach mix smell. The bed was comfy and free of bed bugs. The room was dated and definitely for a limited stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle runs from 4:30am to 10:30pm and isn’t your typical shuttle bus. It’s a...
