"We had a good experience"

"Booked a king room. Got there and the room was upstairs, but I can't do stairs because of a prosthetic leg, so they gave us a dbl queen (downstairs) because they don't have an elevator. Then there were small bugs in the room and at the entrance doors, the caulking in the tub area was horrible, cracking and not well maintained. The guy was nice, but the property was definitely going downhill. Next time I'll pay the additional $100 (double of this) to stay at one of the casinos. Food there was...

"Very nice and clean. Close to the airport and you can leave your car there and shuttle to the airport. It only costs $10/day to park your car at the hotel. Very convenient."

"The skirt of the bed was dirty, with white stains over a brown fabric. room 207. The furniture in the room looked old, chipped and scratched. The stove burners were all rusted. The tub drain was broken. The towels are cheap. The blanket was so thin that I couldn't get warm even turning the AC to a warmer setting. The doors to the rooms looked scratched and some dirty. Won't be coming back."

"My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff."

"Overall just a nice stay. Efficient check-in, hotel was very clean as was the room. Would have liked to have had a safe and a refrigerator in the room but was fine without them. Casino is adjacent to the hotel, easy access. Good experience!"

"The rooms were so disgusting. The floors were filthy with mystery liquid stains on the floors. I didn’t want to touch anything. The chair in the room had ripped fabric. The stairs leading into the room were dark, very dirty. I would have left if we could have but we were exhausted after a 13 hour drive. Yes it’s cheap but it wasn’t worth it. Spend a little more and go somewhere else."
