"Hotel was just OK. Room was clean, but several things were broken (comfy chair, microwave, decorative handles on things). At 4:00 AM, they were vacuuming the hallway carpet right outside our room. Bed was GREAT! Soft and comfy. Breakfast bar was nice. Staff was friendly. Seems like it was a place where a lot of semi truckers stay as there were lots of trucks in the parking lot and lots of men milling about in the parking lot on their phones. "Great pool, free lobby coffee and tea, easy check-in/check-out; property was welcoming to a large group; rooms were top notch. One worker seemed very confused about how to obtain pool towels, however the rest of the workers throughout the stay were functional and successful at things. "This place is totally run down. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in my life. Most of the staff were friendly. Exception was the checkout person who did not even turn to me or lift her head when I asked about the checkout process."

"I stayed in a third floor room with a brand new bathroom, the room itself could use a little updating, but it was clean and perfectly fine. It’s a great value and it comes with a delicious for breakfast. Everyone that works there is super nice and there’s a restaurant and bar in the first floor."

My family went into the pool for the last hour that it was open and the kids were so rowdy that were there. You had children that were peeing in the corner and defecating by the pool. "Website is not how property shows in real life. Exterior of property needs updating as well as property grounds. Rooms interior are updated but common areas are still dated. Air conditioning units need to be replaced. Food is average and highly priced. Lake is not clear and was told by locals they do not swim in it. Staff was friendly and accommodating but accommodations and property were very average grade."
