"Staff very welcoming and it was the first time staying here. A full sized refrigerator and 2 burner stove as well as a microwave. Really nice but you must bring your. Own utensils and cookware. "Hotel was under new management per signage. *Pool was closed *Outdoor trash was filled for 2 nights straight *Bed was extremely hard and I like a firm bed (this is personal preference nothing can be done by management) *Sheets were stained *Toilet caulking was coming off and toilet moved *Ledge in shower was coming off. Needs new caulking. *The water pressure was good. Bathroom itself was big. Front desk staff (male) didn’t know basic answers to questions (late check out) I prob wouldn’t...

"Worth the price, but sheets were stained the first day we got there, and towels were supposed to be white and had like a cream color to them as if they’re not washed properly or just super old."

"The food was good. The rooms were wonderful. No elevator suggest the bottom level or your carrying your luggage and the key doesn’t want to work on the side door to get back in so you have to walk around to the front entrance. "

"I called the property to let them know we would be arriving really late after a concert and to make sure that our room was reserved. I was assured that I would have a room. They never mentioned they were going to run my card prior to my arrival and I keep that card locked. After the concert, we drove to the hotel and lo and behold they attempted to run the card. It was denied. Nobody reached out to me. Nobody contacted me, but they did rent our room, and we slept in the car in the parking lot....

"The breakfast was delicious, but there were stains in the bathroom, the tub was peeling, and it all just felt old. Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. We had to keep the wardobe door open to block the light from shining right onto the bed where we were sleeping. "

"Staff was cordial, but the place is old and it shows with ground in dirt everywhere, old worn out mattresses and pillows, and lukewarm at best, low pressure shower."

The front desk lady went up and sprayed the room with something but it didn’t remove the smell. I told her that we couldn’t stay there and we went to a neighboring hotel. "
