I stayed in a top-floor lake view room, and the view was absolutely beautiful—definitely a highlight of the trip. Overall, everything about the stay was great, and I would happily come back again."

"Very clean room. Especially appreciate the bathtub was speaking clean and it means so much to families travelling with young children. However, customer service is a bit unsatisfactory. I did expect crib should have been ready in the room before checking in since I also received a confirmation message from the hotel. Staff also have no knowledge of EV charging provided by the hotel. When we were checking out, we asked for water to fill up my son’s water bottle but staff was not willing to help. After being asked many times by both me and my wife, she finally brought to bottle to the office to fill up for us."
