"The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We were in the executive room, which was spacious and clean. However there was a wet spot on the floor and it was a bit soaked through which I assume must be a leak from the radiator near the spot. Either that or previous occupants may have spilt something on the floor? Otherwise a lovely stay, quiet and in a nice area of glasgow."

"The most convenient location for airport travel situated only a few minutes walk from the terminal. Surprisingly given that proximity to a busy airport, no noise from jets was detectable and thus we had a great night’s sleep in a comfortable, well-appointed room. Staff were also universally polite and helpful, and the breakfast offered an array of appealing options. "You get what you pay for. Showers were not clean, mold growing in silicone and grout. Needed a good clean or bleach! I turned the “waterfall faucet” on and the water completely missed the sink and ran directly onto the floor (because of the design and miniature sized space saving sink). Messy chaos to deal with. Room heater didn’t work or have instructions. Outside, car park and grounds were dirty and didn’t feel safe. Staff were nice."

The noise level in our room was DOUBLE the legal limit; the floorboards shook for hours, causing us severe anxiety. It was unbearable.
