"The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated. This of course includes the lobby but also extends to simple touches like the style of the room numbers. It feels inviting and comfortable. Staff was always pleasant to deal with. Because I had a clogged bathroom sink drain, I reduced the maintenance rating by one star (it didn't drain properly when I checked in) - but staff immediately took care of the problem when I reported it the following day. I also liked the location, with nearby restaurants."

"I didnt have no hot tub in the room the hotel is old worn out. 1980's still have a pay phone one ice maker downstairs the pool was clean but no air conditioner for the inside pool very hot one of the maids very rude because she didn't want to make the beds up on Wednesday 12 am the good thing about this hotel is clean in quiet the beds very comfortable staff need to tell people stop holding the carts in their room for people to use to but their clothes fake advertising no breakfast tea coffee in chocolate bars and no BBQ facilities different no hot tub in the 2 bed queen room but I will go back close to everything and bush gardens for my son"
