Ports of Call Resort Turks, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

10/10 Excellent
"The check-in was easy and extremely friendly. We showed up and the room was ready an hour before our arrival and we were able to check in. We were able to use a golf cart ride to the beach or we took a 5 minute walk. There were plenty of beach chairs for my family of five. The breakfast was simple, easy and enjoyable. We were within walking distance for shopping and the restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. The pool was always clean in the deck chairs where comfortable. We ended up doing the bingo night and it was very very fun."

The Palms Turks and Caicos

The Palms Turks and Caicos

10/10 Excellent
"We love The Palm! This was our 4th or 5th visit and we just keep coming back. The hotel staff is outstanding - from check-in to check-out you can expect the highest, kindest level of service. The resort is spotless, the rooms are beautiful, and the food/room service is outstanding. Housekeeping does a fantastic/on-time job, and the beach service is great. Jane and the staff at the breakfast buffet are so sweet and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! It was truly relaxing."
