So close to the beach, the saltmills plaza that has a cool surf shop called Blue, and lots of restaurants and cafes, my fave was shay cafe, lemon to go and retreat kitchen.

The property was under construction upon arrival and duration of the stay. WiFi was conveniently “down” for first two days. A/C was out in the room after first day; requested a room change and was accommodated within 1 hour. The property manager assumed to be staying on site and had to be contacted via phone upon arrival at front desk (FYI, no front desk staff so property manager needed to be contacted often for WiFi on the later days and for room change). Housekeeper was kind and friendly – she cleaned the room every day and provided freshly clean towels every visit, even without asking (this is a plus!). Property was quiet throughout the nights, however during the daytime the workers were busy at work (noisy at times) but we were out of the room most of these times. Located behind a bar (Danny Buoy’s) that shares the same parking lot, however noise from the bar wasn’t an issue while staying here. GBS is placed near a grocery store, nearby eateries and a public beach access all within walking distance. Overall, property and experience was so-so. You definitely feel like you are staying at a hotel and was hard to get comfortable most times. Could have been much better but you get what you pay for at the Grace Bay Suites.

Clean room, great location

Large, clean room with all the amenities you need. In a perfect location. The only problem was that the reception was locked when we tried to checkout, so I just left the key card under the door.

The Location is excellent, you can go walking to almost every place. We rented a car basically to go to the different beaches of the island but the location is very good. I recommend this place.

The property was infested with bugs and we requested a refund, the manager refused the refund and offered us a second room. We didn’t want to waste anymore time so we accepted the offer only to find that the second room was also infested and the tv was sitting on the kitchen table I mounted. We ended up changing hotels the same night. Such a disgrace to come travel so far for horrible quality of service.

You should be ashamed in accepting this place.. it is filthy with unusable wifi a tv that sits ona table. The pool,is disgusting. We cannot wait to get away.

First,it's close to all restaurants and shopping.The personnal is very nice and kind. Inside the office and room need some renovation. About the location,when i did my reservation,the Grace Bay Suite on the map was located on the back of the Sibonne Hotel,but the real location is in the back of Danny Buoy's restaurant in Regent Village.Look by yourself. It's completely different.You should correct this error. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the overall stay at Grace Bay Suites. The location was ideal and within a 1 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. The staff cleaned my room, made my bed, and replaced my towels every day. There is a stinky smell outside at the pool, but that is caused by the neighbors. The low price that they offer is WELL WORTH IT!!! Thank you Grace Bay. You made it easily affordable for me to stay 6 nights in a safe and comfortable place on the most beautiful island on the planet.

beautiful beaches, friendly people, great sea food! Everything is expensive, but, worth it! Snorkeling in Smith reef, by Turtle Cove is a must. Easy to reach and relaxing. Drive to the south to Bugaloos restaurant for great views, music and food!

Very loud at night. Horrible parking lot only access to it cuts through a bar. Almost got hit by someone backing out. Hard to find anyone to help you if they are not at desk.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful It is a little bit run down, but they are renovating it so it will no longer be a problem The room was kept extremely clean, they changed towels everyday. We were extremely pleased.

Grace Bay Suites offers a great location at a great price. Room was clean; staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent choice for staying within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I would definitely come back.
